A narrative approach makes sure we can tap into the core values of each person without having to compensate for reporting bias. Believers: We are passionate about the company and its success. We know the best people move up and often go on to start their own companies. If you don’t own, define, and care about the values of your community, they will evolve on their own, potentially in ways that hurt your business. Many core values are compromised – intimacy, loyalty, honesty, career, health, integrity, education, to name but a few. Like really. We stay true to who we are, stand up for what we believe in, and are always mindful of others. Change Lives: We have a chance to make a difference for so many—our customers, our teammates, our partners, our neighbors, ourselves—we have to seize it. This list is not exhaustive, but it will give you an idea of some common core values (also called personal values). Change The Game: Deliver innovation that matters.
